ELI’S PLAZA
AT SOLANO PERALTA PARK
Eli loved being around and surrounded by people.
He got his energy by connecting, and bringing people together.
And thanks to the hundreds of connections from all over who donated to his fund, we were able to enhance the Plaza at Solano Peralta Park in Berkeley, CA into something special.
A place where people who know him, as well as those who never met him, can gather, connect, be together and remember Eli.
The plaza includes a stone circular bench, terrazzo tiles, new trees, plants and landscaping.
Special thanks to Brennan Cox, ConcreteWorks and the Berkeley Parks Department for making our vision become a reality.
SOLESPACE LAB
The Eli Kane Fund is partnering with Jeff Perlstein at SoleSpace Lab, an award-winning Oakland, CA sneaker boutique, that offers workshops, upcycling, customizing and making sneakers. The fund donated to help SoleSpace continue their legacy of being the greenest sneaker boutique on Planet Earth, while also providing unique opportunities for sneaker-heads throughout the Bay Area to share their love of kicks.
As part of the partnership, we are working with SoleSpace to launch a limited edition sneaker in Eli’s honor.
100% of the proceeds will go to SoleSpace. Stay tuned for more information and how to purchase your custom sneakers.

ELI KANE SPIRIT AWARD
The Eli Kane Spirit Award is given to a Berkeley High School Junior or Senior, who best represents the qualities and characteristics of Eli Kane, including:
Empathetic leader, compassionate listener and lover of life.
Genuinely sees people for who they are, creating meaningful connections with every interaction.
Does the little things that make people happy through kindness, positivity and generosity.
Always gives 100% effort.
Curious, confident and loves to learn.
Spreads joy and laughter by being their authentic self.
UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN MEN’S SOCCER CLUB
The prestigious club retired Eli’s #15, and he will be the only player to ever wear that jersey.
The team sold replica T-shirts at their first match (8-1 win) with all proceeds going to the Eli Kane fund.
